Nuna RAVA Recalled for Harness Adjusters
Nuna is recalling RAVA models manufactured between July 16, 2016 and October 25, 2023 because debris may get into the harness adjuster button and cause it to fail. As a result, the harness may loosen on its own. If you are experiencing this issue with your RAVA, stop using the car seat immediately. Use a different car seat in the meantime, and contact Nuna at [email protected] or at 1-855-686-2891.
If you’re not sure if your Rava is experiencing this issue – test the harness by buckling it and pulling firmly outward on the harness straps. They should not loosen, not even a little bit. If they do, discontinue use of the car seat and contact Nuna immediately. Locate the model number and date of manufacture before calling or emailing. The RAVA model number can be found on the label on the bottom (underside) of the seat.
If your RAVA’s harness stays tight, it is safe to continue using the car seat until the remedy kit arrives.

Registered owners will receive a cleaning kit and new seat pad as a fix. Please register your car seat if you haven’t yet.
