Happy Valentine’s Day!!!
How do we love thee? Let me count the ways…
We know we have the most awesome, most thoughtful, most caring readers and followers and we love you all for that! We also know that our most awesome, most thoughtful, most caring readers and followers love giveaways so we thought this would be the best way to show you how much we love and appreciate you.
For this promotion we’ve partnered with our generous friends at Evenflo to give away not one, but two awesome carseats! A Platinum Symphony DLX in the “Emerson” fashion and a ProComfort Triumph in the “Hutchinson” fashion. The first place winner will get their choice of seats. The second place winner will get the seat not chosen by the first place winner. Since both seats are similar in a lot of ways – we thought that was a reasonable way to handle this double giveaway.
The Platinum Symphony DLX All-in-One offers “e3″ Side-Impact protection, self-ratcheting SureLATCH connectors, infinite slide harness adjuster, buckle pockets and Outlast® temperature-regulating fabric.
Outlast® technology, originally developed for NASA, utilizes phase change materials that absorb, store and release heat for optimal thermal comfort. This technology has the ability to:
- Actively absorb and store excess heat, helping to reduce overheating
- Allow the child to stay at a balanced temperature and prevent chilling during the cooler months; if the child’s skin temperature drops, the stored heat is released
- Reduces perspiration so the child stays drier
The Evenflo Platinum Symphony DLX is an “All-in-One″ seat rated from 5-40 lbs rear-facing, 22-65 lbs forward-facing, and 40-110 lbs in booster mode. It works well in all modes of usage but it won’t be the last seat your child will ever need because it’s not particularly tall in booster mode. The infinite slide harness adjuster is a fabulous feature – especially if you want a seat that you can easily adjust to fit multiple kids. Plus, it’s very easy to install with the SuperLATCH connectors which is a real bonus if you move your seats from vehicle-to-vehicle frequently. For more details please check out our full review of the Symphony DLX here.
The Evenflo Triumph ProComfort features an Infinite-Slide harness adjuster, Buckle Pockets and Gel Matrix technology to reduce pressure points and keep kids comfortable even on long rides.
The Evenflo ProComfort Triumph convertible is rated from 5-40 lbs rear-facing and 22-65 lbs forward-facing. The infinite slide harness adjuster is a fabulous feature – especially if you want a seat that you can easily adjust to fit multiple kids. The Gel Matrix technology in the cover reduces pressure points and helps to keep your child comfortable. The buckle pockets are a handy feature and the cover is very easy to remove – and machine washable too! For more details please check out our full review of the Evenflo ProComfort Triumph.
I’m happy to report that both seats are made in the USA at Evenflo’s facilities in Piqua, Ohio!
This promotion is now closed. Thank you for participating – a winner will be announced soon!
Now for the fine print (these may be in addition to the rules listed in the Rafflecopter terms): Winner must have a USA shipping address to claim the prize. Only two prizes will be awarded. You are not eligible if you have previously won a carseat or any sponsored giveaway at CarseatBlog.com during 2014 or 2015 (our own giveaways of goody bags and such don’t count if no sponsor was mentioned). Our blog writers and editors are also not eligible. Only one entry per household/family, please. If you leave more than one comment, only the first one will count. We reserve the right to deem any entry as ineligible for any reason, though this would normally only be done in the case of a violation of the spirit of the rules above. We also reserve the right to edit/update the rules for any reason. The contest will close on March 4, 2015, and two random winners will be chosen shortly thereafter. The first place winner will have their choice of either product. The second winner will receive the product not chosen by the first place winner. If a winner is deemed ineligible based on shipping restrictions or other issues or does not respond to accept the prize within 7 days, a new winner will be selected. Good luck!

I love how it actively absorbs and stores excess heat, helping to reduce overheating!
Really need this for my growing boy
I like that these seats are cooler. Texas is hot and so are car seats!
I like the Platinum Symphony DLX. My son Owen, who is 16 months old, would be using the carseat. He needs a new one because the one he has is about to expire it was his older brother’s seat. I would really like for him to have a new one instead of a used one. Thank you.
I’d be happy with either as they both have perks. Thank you for the consideration and opportunity.
i like the Platinum Symphony DLX. I like the temperature regulating fabric that keeps Baby comfortable during hot or cold weather.
I would love a much better and safer car seat for my little man
Quality Carseat that would ensure my precious little ones safety. Whats not to love about this car seat. I for sure love the outlast technology. Thank you for this chance to win a Carseat made with the safety of our littleones in mind. 🙂
I would love to win this for my baby boy. He is 5 months old. We currently have the infant evenflo carseat & we love it. We are needing a bigger one now, seeing as he is almost 20lbs & is getting to big for the infant ones. We would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
I have the SecureKid DLX in the same fashion and material and love it!
My nephew, I babysit him while he mom is at work. She can only afford one Carseat and it isn’t safe to reinstal a seat so often the likely good.it won’t be.instaled correctly rises. His safety is so important.
This wonderful car seat would be used by my baby in my belly!!!! He’s coming in July ^_^… Hope I win!!!
We have this in an older model for my middle daughter and aside from safety features, it’s just a beautiful seat!
My daughter takes after her father and puts off A LOT of body heat, thus making her very uncomfortable in her car seat. I have struggled to find a car seat that will keep her cool as well as be easy to move between the two cars without it being too difficult for my husband (hubby has MS and it affects his hand/arm). I love that, with a push of a button, the Symphony DLX can be switched effortlessly between the vehicles. This was recommended to me by my twin, who bought one for her daughter. Gotta say, she did good.
We had a evenflo symphony with my first son and I loved the ability to wind the harness and the safety latches were so easy, i just pushed a button and i could take the seat in and out in a flash. I am hoping to win thi sone because I would love to have the same benefits for my new son with the additional benefits of the newer version
I love all evenflo products and I only purchase car seats from them. My Mon has been an employee here in piqua for over 33 years now. I would love to win this seat because my husband is currently laid off without pay and he was the sole provider for myself and our 7 children. The seat we have now she will outgrow soon.
My little niece or nephew
I love the Outlast temperature-regulating fabric of the Symphony DLX, but I also love the gel matrix technology of the Triumph ProComfort!!’ It’s hard to decide!
Both seats look so comfy
We are looking for a carseat for our baby girl anyways so this would be perfect!
Either one of these carseats would be great. Been looking for a great comveritable carseat for my baby girl. She is growing fast and has very little room left in her infant seat. Would be great to win one.
I would love to win this carseat for my daughter Allie! My sister has one and absolutely loves it!
I love the style of this and how comfy it looks! Also, the safety features are great and love that it has SuperLatch features to make it easy to move from car to car! AWESOME!
My two year old and I are in the car for a total of three hours a day. (My drive to and from work and sitter). That gel would be a huge improvement and would make for a comfortable ride for my little man!
My sweaty baby would LOVE this!
