Thanksgiving might be over but we still have plenty of reason to give thanks! After a few unexpected bumps in the road, the Safety 1st Incognito Kid-Positioner is finally in production and Amazon should be fulfilling pre-orders soon. Black will be available first, followed by Light Grey then Dark Grey and Tan.
To celebrate this highly-anticipated release and to share our enthusiasm for this simple but epic new product – we’re giving away FIVE Incognitos this week! That’s right, 5 lucky people will win an Incognito in the color of their choice, thanks to our generous friends at Dorel!
This promotion is now closed. The winners will be announced soon. Thank you for participating!
The Incognito is special because it’s meant to be “the seat after the booster”. It was specifically designed for older kids and Tweens who still need a little help getting the adult seatbelt to fit properly. With its very low profile and covers designed to blend in with vehicle interiors, the Incognito will be more appealing to older kids who may be self-conscious about using a traditional-looking booster. This is extremely important because one of the biggest challenges we face as child safety advocates is getting the message out to parents and kids that they are NOT ready to ditch the booster and move directly to the adult seatbelt by age 8.
The Incognito is rated from 60-120 lbs. and from 47-60″ tall. This product is targeted to kids in the 8-13 age group and the weight and height range reflects that. It really is meant to be “the seat after the booster”. Incognito is made of dense foam so it’s extremely lightweight. It’s firm and supportive but not as hard as sitting on plastic. See Ellie’s Review of the Safety 1st Incognito for more info, pictures and video.
Black and Light Grey should be available by the time winners are announced. If a winner chooses to wait for Dark Grey or Tan, that will be their choice.

I know a couple of kiddos that would be SOOOOO happy to try out the Incognito. And so would their grandma.:) Thanks for another awesome giveaway carseatblog!
This is so cool! Would love to be one of the lucky 5.
Ooooh, I have two 9yo siblings who sheepishly tote their Harmony Cruz boosters from car to car and would love an Incognito!
Would love one of these!
I love that this is such a subtle booster for those older kiddos.
Got a 9 year old who would really benefit from one of these. Thanks for doing the giveaway! 🙂
Would love this!
Would love to win one (grey) for 10yo dd!!
My almost ten-year-old is anxiously awaiting these to become available. He comes close to passing the 5-step test in one seat in our van, but is not even close in the grandparent’s car. Unfortunately, the grandparents are all too eager for him to abandon the booster altogether. I needed to vent somewhere where others would understand. 🙂
What a great product! Perfect for my son!!
I’d love one!
Love this for a vehicle without headrests (we have one) cause it puts the child lower, allowing them to sit safely in the vehicle longer than a traditional backless would
I would love one!
We would love one of these!
Need This For My Tall 8 Year Old!
I really, really hope I win this for my 10yr old whose lap belt is slightly too high.
I’d love this!
I desperately want one of these for my nine-year-old niece who has outgrown most backless boosters (and who thinks she’s too old for boosters). 🙂
I would give to my nephew.
This is very cool.
I would love to win this for my sister who has a form of dwarfism and would really benefit from this booster seat
