Kecia is working hard on the Keyfit 30 infant seat review. We’ll also be giving away a sporty Chicco tote bag soon. We just needed to get something clarified, first.
I had to sing some Italian art songs in college, I pronounce it with the Italian ch=ck. Say it with an Italian accent and you’ll feel cool, not weird;) Chicco Bambino, grazie, ciao bella…say it with gusto!
I asked Julie to play it straight for better effect lol.

i know it is Key-co but i say Chee-co to parents too if they say it that way, mostly because after i had one dad flip out on me that it was indeed Chee-co i decided that proper pronunciation was not worth it!
LOL! I was neither annoyed nor baffled. I was just trying to keep a “straight face” and not start laughing. 😀

LOL! Thanks for being a good sport, Julie! However, I have to admit that when I’m talking to parents – I intentionally mispronounce it and say Chee-ko otherwise they get confused and don’t know what company I’m talking about!

I still say Cheeco. That’s what it looks like! 🙂

Heheh…I’m not sure if that customer service rep. was more annoyed or baffled.

Hahahahahahaha, cool. Bunny Pez. 😀
Though you need to call every other company, I hear them ALL pronounced in different ways.

I just hate saying key co!
LOL that is great!!! I have a tendency to really annoy the employees at BRU when I correct the way they say Chicco. It’s Key-co not Chi-co.
I thought of doing a cold call to customer service, but since many people have met Julie so I thought it would be a little funnier this way.
Oh gosh, I didn’t realize that wasn’t a cold-call. *blushes deeply*
A fellow tech called it “kee-co” at a check last week. I thought she was crazy. Guess not.
