CRYSTAL LAKE, Ill.—No one was injured when a vehicle crashed into a wading pool full of rollicking children in a quiet neighborhood Wednesday afternoon. Around 3:45 p.m., a red and yellow Cozy Coupe was seen traveling toward the pool at a high rate of speed. Unable to stop in time, the driver slammed into the side of the pool, causing ripples but no injuries. The sole occupant of the Coupe, identified only as Oliver, age 1, hit his head on the steering wheel but fled the scene giggling. He was later apprehended. Alcohol is not believed to be a factor.
The occupants of the pool continued to play as though nothing had happened. When questioned about the incident, they responded, “Huh?”
Authorities remind residents to practice pool and vehicle safety for the rest of the summer.

This gives me the giggles every time I read it :D. I vote for those giant eyelashes people are putting on their headlights now. They’d look perfect pimping out those huge eyes on the front of Oliver’s ride.

Glad no one was seriously hurt! In my opinion, though, Oliver could use some serious mods to his coupe. Perhaps a lift kit and some flames? The toddler girls in the neighborhood would fawn over that, and he would be the envy of all the other coupe-owners in the area.
