Sitting on my doorstep this morning was a bright shiny purple package. The cable guy actually pointed it out to me and I said, “Oh! It must be my Bubble Bum!” and he laughed and said, “Yep,” looking at me like the crazy woman just out of the shower that I was (OK, when was the last time *you* ever had a cable guy come to your house early?). Here’s the preview :).
Bubble Bum Unwrapping

I’m so excited to get the bubblebum seat! I’ve read from other bloggers that it’s perfect for 3 across. I’m looking forward to hearing your review.
I saw this seat on FB yesterday and I am very curious about it, can’t wait for the full review
Ah shoot, Jools. I’ve already shut down the computer and can’t rewatch Matt’s video to remember (I don’t have your spectacular memory).
@Joy, it’s very durable so no doubt it will hold up. However, I’m thinking it may not be an ideal solution for 3-across . . . It does fit completely *inside* the Clek olli my dd uses.
Very nice. It could be very useful for not only vacations and riding with friends, but also for three- across! I wonder how it would hold up to daily use?
So I’m watching you inflate this thing, and now I’m thinking about Matt’s use of the word ‘rearfacing’ in the cartoon he wrote…
cannot wait for the full review!
Looks promising. I like that kids could take it to school and no one would know, unless they choose to share. Great for the “embarassed” of booster seat age.
LOL! I totally didn’t plan this and it’s hard to tell (I used my dd’s video camera–how desperate is it that it was the only camera that had batteries?), but my shirt is lavendar and the scissors I used were purple. 😀 The kids came home from school this afternoon and both were like, “Ooooooooo!”
I’m ordering one just for the purple bubblewrap and the Bubble Yum.
I can’t wait to see the full review! Piper and Nathan are going to St. Louis next month, and this looks SO much easier to travel with than her High Rise. I think we’re getting a new booster soon!
