Excellent! You two look great! Jean, I’m not sure it’s a compliment that Darren could double as Weird Al, lol.
Since we were at Disneyland for our 3rd day on Halloween, dh and I went as tired parents and the kids went as hyped-up, over-sugared happiest kids on earth 😀 .
DH & I didn’t dress up (he ended up working anyway) but the kids were a mechanic (CJ), a karate “person” (Gregory) and a princess (Joy).

Great pictures! You could double as Weird Al. DH and I are big fans of Weird Al and saw him in concert about 10 years ago. Al nearly sat in my lap when he was spoofing Elvis Presley and being fawned over by female audience members. I think he took a look at DH, who is the size of an NFL linebacker, and decided it wouldn’t be in his best interest to get any closer to me than a couple of seats away, lol. “Yoda” was one of his encore songs. I’m glad you two had a fun Halloween, and thanks for sharing the picture. 😀
It’s actually a very funny song for adults who get all the jokes. It’s even funnier if you’re familar with the rap song that it parodies – “Ridin”. You can check out the White & Nerdy video on youtube.
Haven’t heard that one, but I used to know all the lyrics to Y-O-D-A.

ROFL! Congrats! You both look awesome! The glasses were the perfect touch. Very 80’s. Can you sing all the words to White & Nerdy too? 😀
ETA: I was the crazy neighborhood carseat lady. DS1 was the I’m-too-cool-to-dress-up-now boy with the hoodie and a scary mask. DS2 was a very creepy little vampire. He scared all his little friends and loved every minute of it!
ROTFLMAO! You guys look great, totally 80s! I didn’t dress up; dh was a scary zombie guy in a highlighter-yellow jumpsuit; dd was a queen.

We didn’t dress up this year, but last year when I was still pregnant, DH and I went as a trucker and his woman. I was the trucker, and my “beer belly” was my baby bump.
You got ’em both! I was definitely going for Weird Al. I owned everything but the wig lol. Had to get rid of the goatee, but the real moustache helped!
Am I wrong in thinking Weird Al & Elvira? Because the only other person that comes to mind is Howard Stern, and well, I don’t care for Howard Stern, so I’m inclined to believe you were dressed as Weird Al… So if it WASN’T, don’t smash my illusion, please. Thank you. 🙂

I was…uh. Me. 🙂
My boys were….Star Wars Characters. 😉
I was a medieval lady. DH was a Scothish man, with a black watch tartan. DD was John Lennon. DBK (bekah) was a fairy.
