Gee, I just went last week to have my new carseat installed by a CPST, and he just did it himself, without showing/explaining anything at all to me. He did fill out the forms, and I did get a few answers in response to direct questions of mine, but that’s about it…any of these super tech’s out there in the NY/NJ area? I’m a newbie but would like to learn more.

That was my thought too! Who are these Super Techs? I’m obviously not managing my time very well because it takes me at least 45 minutes in most cases.
