		<description>Very informative article. I was in a car accident, belt on.   Steps 3 and 4 are very important: The strap should be no where near the abdomen. The shoulder belt should not be touching the neck and it shouldn’t be so low that it’s crossing near the edge of the shoulder either.  Congrats!</description>

I noticed your steps included basically doing a 5-step test for a booster like you would for a seatbelt... I&#039;ve always found that you really do have to do that... and I&#039;m glad to see it.

I couldn&#039;t agree more that you have to assess fit to the seat for the individual child, seat, and vehicle.  It cannot and should not be a one size fits all approach.</description>
