Do you think there will ever be a “shield” booster made again that will go above 40 pounds? There are SO many older cars (and not that old!) that have center lap belt only. Very frustrating for families with 3 children.

Wishful thinking, right?

Do they have any ideas of when the new 2011 Coccoros will ship? I JUST ordered one, but I have some time left on the infant seat to wait it out if it will be soon.

@akmom, Kiddy is trying to get the shield to a higher weight, but couldn’t say more than that. Right now it’s good to go at 40 lbs.
@seattlerain, the 2011 Coccoros will hopefully be shipping the first week of June, but there aren’t exact dates yet.

I’m disappointed at the height of the belt guide on the unite… for the price, I expected it to at least go as tall as the Nautilus, which is a 20-21″ belt guide.

However, it looks like an otherwise sturdy and well made seat for harnessed use.

@ellabella, I don’t really know where you can find a $99 X-fix bpb. I used my good friend Google and came up empty. Perhaps it was a short-time promo.
