Only 70 days until Christmas and even less until the start of Chanukah!

Since it’s the time of year when many of us start to think about the December holidays I thought it would be fun to see what all the good little CPS techs and advocates have on their wish list this year.  Wish for anything you like as long as it actually exists.  It’s not like any of us stand much of a chance of getting all the things we really desire anyway.

Personally, I’m asking Santa to skip the pajamas, sweaters and scented candles this year and go with an international theme instead.  I’d like a 2009 Audi A8L W12 and a Roemer KidFix booster (that’s the one with rigid LATCH) with the additional grey terry “summer” cover from Germany, a Britax Multi-Tech (in Marcel) from Sweden, a big box of Belgian chocolate, some wine from Tuscany and a new, made-in-the-USA Harvey’s purse!

Truthfully, I’ll be happy with pajamas, sweaters and scented candles but a girl can dream, right?

So what’s on your holiday wish list this year?

Hmm tough one.

I want a Harvey’s seat belt back back in army green

I want a new carseat for my mom’s car, I’m thinking Regent or Frontier

A brand new car, torn between an Mazda3 and a Smart car, can I have both? :D I’ve been extra good this year.

I’d love a vacation to someplace warm and sunny, maybe the Bahamas or Mexico.

Also I’d like to not have to pay medical/medication bills for next year.

I’ll be happy with new brakes on the 200K mile car, a date night with the hubby and some new bras and underwear.

New flooring for my house, bedding and new beds for all of us, a full propane tank so we can run the fireplace, fencing for the yard, a new laptop (mind is buggy at best) and a “new” car. Something not older than two of my kids put together would be really nice…..

I’d like the AAP to change their RF recommendations removing 1 year and 20lbs. That’s all.

so many things I’d love… for us to catch up to sweden with regards to rearfacing… to catch up to England in terms of booster law…

to totally redo my house and get a new vehicle (chrysler Aspin hybrid)

to have the money and space for one or two more babies

but at this point, I’d just settle for a wii fit

I hear ya on all of those points. At the very least, good luck getting your consolation present – Wii fit rocks! :-)

I’d like a Britax Multi-Tech too! I’d also like a fully loaded brand spankin’ new Nissan Xterra. But the one thing I want the most is a positive pregnancy test.

Sending lots of baby dust your way – just keep it far away from me!

I can help with the wine from Tuscany…………….

And we had an “international bazaar” at the beginning of the month, but my Belgian chocolates are almost gone (and you’d have to break my arm to get them out of my hand anyway). No car seat vendors, though it sounds like a good reason to expand my tour of Europe!

I’d like a digital SLR camera.

Oooh, Nancy – I’m jealous of your chocolate stash and your proximity to the source of my favorite wines! Good luck getting your camera. How are prices for things like that in Italy? Is it cheaper to buy them from home and ship them over there?
